Using soothing and  nurturing touch, Abide in Chi seeks to clear the passage for the infusion of spirit, activating the body’s innate healing ability.  

Massages are performed by Florida licensed massage therapist Elisa C. Newsome Smith, MA 60751. A graduate of the Acupuncture and Massage College in 
Kendall, Florida and a Tai Chi,  Qigong, and Reiki practitioner, she understands the flow of energy in the body.

Elisa specializes in Shiatsu, Reiki and Swedish Massages.

Shiatsu applies pressure to acupressure points along the meridian system which circulates chi throughout the body, while Reiki calls for the laying of hands to access Universal energy to bring the energetic system into harmony. Swedish relaxes and lengthens muscles in order to release holding patterns of blockage and increase circulation.
