Tai Chi for Health
A mind-body practice addressing physical, mental and spiritual health, Tai Chi is a holistic approach to wellness.
Practiced for centuries by the Chinese, Tai Chi is a proven fitness program that provides aerobic activity, mental relaxation, and strength and endurance conditioning.
The classes feature Sun and Yang Style Tai Chi and includes Qigong, deep breathing exercises.
